Academic & Student Affairs
1. The first order and REASON FOR discipline
is for the good of the person and secondly, for the organization.
True discipline is simply beneficial and necessary but not
arbitrary or adamant.
2. Obey. There will be no room for exchange of opinions
but not for anarchy.
3. Upon enrollment, all students are required to accomplish
the necessary forms and documents relative to the academic
and student affairs. As the need arise submit the forms
on or before the deadline in order to avoid repercussion
otherwise all their transactions will be null and void.
Always check the Academic Calendar for reference. Any changes
on dates have to be issued and released from the Office
of the Registrar, signed by the Dean, approved by the President.

4. Uniform Policy. All students are required
to be in proper uniform during classes and school activities
as prescribed by the School.
Ladies: white blouse with CBBC logo, chemise inside, charcoal
black skirt, formal closed shoes and CBBC ID. Skirt lines
should be eight (8) inches below the knee and no plunging
necklines.
Men: White polo barong with CBBC logo, plain white T-shirt
inside, charcoal black pants, formal black leather shoes
and CBBC I.D.
Men are required to have a 2x3 inches haircut while women
have to be neat and well combed hair.
Sports uniforms for all are T-shirt with logo, jogging pants
or culottes.
5. A maximum of two-year extension for College residence
is allowed for regular student to graduate. Final decision
will be based on the character and academic grades. In this
case, an election and recommendation of the School Board
is necessary.
6. Student Council. The student body may or may not endorse
candidate for election of officers unless approve by the
Dean and the President.
7. Regular attendance is MANDATORY. EXCESS OF THREE ABSENCES
PER QUARTER (non- cumulative) would mean to loss credit
for that particular class attended. Extreme cases due to
illnesses, national disaster, uncontrollable circumstances
may be appealed to the President thru the College Dean copy
furnished the Instructor and the Registrar for record purposes.
8. Habitual tardiness will not be tolerated. Disciplinary
actions or DA will be imposed accordingly.
9. The School requires New Testament Standards of Christian
Character and Conduct in all phases of life. On the part
of the faculty is grace and exemplary living. Therefore,
all students are expected to cooperate, a clean and separated
Christian life. Courtesy and respect for teachers and school
authorities is a must.
Personal misbehavior/ misconduct done persistently is punishable
by the following:
a. First offense – written warning, copy furnish his
pastor and parents/ spouse.
b. Second offense – 1 week suspension, or disqualification
from honor roll and any award the school may gives.
c. Third offense – dismissal.
10. Immorality, perversion, sedition or any kind of rebellion
will mean expulsion upon the first day of the discovery
of the proven offense.
11. All work loads assigned by faculty must be completed
satisfactorily and on time. Removal for Incomplete Grade
will be given only on the succeeding semester not more than
a year. This must be completed with CBBC F4 and a CBBC Grading
Sheets to be signed by the teacher and the Dean to be submitted
at the Office of Registrar’s. Failure to comply will
oblige the student to retake or reenroll the subject on
the succeeding semester.
12. No class suspension or any changes of schedules other
than those approved by the President through the Dean.
13. All activities conducted in the name of Christ Baptist
Bible College or any organization must have the written
approval of the President through the Dean.
14. Any matter not specifically covered in these policies
but concerns the students/ faculty involving the name and
doctrinal stand of the school in any way must be cleared
with the Dean/ President.
15. All students and alumni MUST seek to promote the School’s
interest prayerfully as long as they identify themselves
with it in particular: attending chapel hour and school
activities.
16. It is understood that any one who graduated from Christ
Baptist Bible College virtually reflects its doctrinal and
philosophical positions. Moreover, in case the graduate
no longer adheres or subscribes to such basic position,
a voluntary surrender of the College diploma is deemed proper
or he/she will be disowned by the College.
